Welcome to TravelCert
Welcome to the upgraded version of TravelCert. Travelcert is an automated system that allows users to register travel details covered by their organisation’s group travel insurance policy. The way you access TravelCert has changed and you will need to register and create an account using your University email address.
All users of this system must now register and create a User Profile using their University email address. Upon registration, users will receive an email with a link to validate their email address. As an enhanced security feature TravelCert will also issue one time passcodes (OTP) to users via their registered email address.
If you do not receive the OTP to your inbox please check your junk / spam folder before raising a query with your Insurance Office. Please add the email address travelcert-no-reply@ajg.com to your “safe senders” list to ensure email notifications from TravelCert do not end up in your junk / spam folder.
If you do not have access to a University email address please contact your Insurance Office.
The existing University log in / password will no longer provide access to this system.
